Not receiving funds
I’ve had 2 items I’ve sold…..says funds available to you now sale complete but they are not in my bank account can’t get a response from eBay I’m a new seller so any help would be nice , thanks ….

New Sellers have their funds placed on Hold for up to 30 days, you can read about payment holds on this eBay Help page. As sales increase holds will be lifted but figure that will take at least 90 days ... Payments on hold | eBay

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply .It is frustrating using the ai help center as it only gives you certain options none of which I needed . Hopefully the funds will actually be available at some point .Fingers crossed! Thanks again

Mentor1 year agoEbay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.
