Not receiving Certified Open Box on eligible account and listings, anyone else experiencing this?
My account and several listings qualify for the Certified Open Box badge and boost, but unfortunately I am not receiving it. I contacted customer care and they said they do not see any issues on my account or the listings, but were not able to help.
One of my competitors are selling nearly same item in same category and does receive the Certified Open Box designation, trying to figure out why it is not working for everyone. Been selling here 21 years, power seller, then top rated plus for many years + eBay store. No issues on account, everything checks out.
Let me know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem with this new eBay program which I must say sounds pretty awesome, 1 year Allstate warranty and sales rank boost!
