Not receiving all available funds
Item sold, item shipped, item received, eBay released funds less fees, eBay didn’t send 100% of the funds, withheld approx 50%. Why?

You might be seeing shipping for subsequent orders deducted from the funds of the prior order. Shipping is always paid from available funds, not matched to the specific order.
Go to your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/mes/summary - click on the payout. You will see the buyer’s payment net of the fees, then the deductions to get to the amount of the payout.

OP3 weeks agoThanks for replying…yes i did just that and i only received approx 50% of the payout…and I don’t know why

I have never heard of the deposit not matching the payout details.
When you click on the payout, there is a reference #. You can call your bank and ask them to review that transaction with you - let them know that what they posted does not agree with what eBay shows was sent.

OP3 weeks ago · EditedIt’s not a difference between what eBay sent and what was deposited. It’s a difference between what eBay said would be my total from the sale to what eBay sent to my bank.

Did you look at the details as I described? You can see what was deducted from the net payment (buyer payment less fees). If the net payment is less, then click on that to see the buyer’s payment and the fees deducted.

That sounds frustrating.
The image is order earnings, not your payout, which @wooden_flower asked you to look at.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
