Not receiving a refund! SCAM!
The seller delayed in responding to my return request. We went back-and-forth, and the seller finally agreed to pay for $60 worth of return postage fees to Canada, purchase amount was $600, because it was prepaid and I took it to the post office and all they could do was scan it, I did not receive a receipt tracking number. Now the seller wants a tracking number and I clearly know that he recognizes that I would not receive one. He opened a case against ME today and they said I am not getting back my almost $600 because he didn’t receive my return in time . I now see a lot of people think he’s a scam. Someone please help me!

Ebay can only help if you filed a Return Request through Ebay's Money Back Guarantee and went through the proper return process.
If you file a dispute elsewhere like Paypal or credit card, you will need to provide the tracking number to prove that the seller received the returned item.
You could have filed the Ebay Return Request if the seller did not respond within 4 days.
