Not received parcel (women wallet Coach)

Question

How should I file the item which is not received? I got a reply, but I don’t know how to file it so that to be able to get refund either to contact the seller as he/she doesn’t reply my messages! My parcel is not delivered. I have neither seller’s phone number nor the carrier company’s data.

How long ago did you buy the wallet?

What is shown as the estimated delivery date on your order?

Did the seller ship directly to you in Armenia or did they use EIS (ebay international shipping), a service where the package ships to a location in the US and ebay reships to you in your country.

Is there tracking for your purchase? If so, please post the tracking number.

Here is how to formally request a refund of your full payment:

1) Look at your purchase history here: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

- View Order Details

- Check the Estimated Delivery Date for your purchase, and

- Check the tracking for your purchase

When it is past the estimated delivery date (and there is no tracking, or the tracking doesn’t show that is close to delivery):

2) Open an "Item Not Received Case". You can do that right here by clicking on the photo of your item and following the steps: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/-/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042

(If it is not yet time for a case to be opened, it will give you the exact date after you click the photo.)

You will be able to select whether you want the Item or a Refund

The seller must respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If the seller doesn't respond after 72 hours, ask eBay to Step In. You must do this before 21 days after the case was opened.
