Not received item, maximum wait time and still request a refuned?
An order shipping via USPS first class has not arrived. It was placed on 9/10 and seller indicated it was shipped the next day. It shipped from Georgia to California, and have messaged the seller I will am willing to wait until 10/10 which will be one month from date it was ordered. If I wait any longer, is there an elapsed time from the order date that eBay would not allow a refund to be requested? Thanks for any information

Mentor11 months agoYou have up to 30 days from the estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request. Look in the Order Details in your Purchase History for the estimated date of delivery.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
