Not received item
I had a case open for a card not received but I closed the case because the seller said they could not refund me for the card while the case was open. Now days later the seller has not refunded me. So I was lied to can you please help I cannot open another case.

I am sorry the seller lied to you.
You can't open another Item Not Received Case.
I suggest you screenshot everything and file a chargeback with your credit card.
