Not Received Case
I’m the seller. Item shows delivered by tracking. It’s been almost 2 weeks with eBay choosing case is pending. Why? 9400108106244396093566 Tracking #
I’ve tried EVERY SINGLE tool available to contact a HUMAN being with ZERO options to call or talk to a human being.
How do I get this case closed? Buyer is not cooperative & says it was lost in his house

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information) I feel that this option is ok since it does affect your bottom line.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
You may have to wait for the case time out at about 30 days

Mentor2 weeks agoDid you enter the tracking number into the case notes? If you do this and tracking shows delivery then eBay should side with you and close the case.

OP2 weeks agoIt wouldn’t let me add a new tracking number, it’s already in the case. My issue is the money is still showing as pending and it’s well over the max time it takes to resolve. I can’t find a way to contact anyone
