Been waiting for an item for 1 month can't contact eBay they make it impossible I need somebody to contact them for me I've tried everything in the book nothing's going through

Hopefully you didn't wait too long. You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request on eBay.
There's no need to contact customer service.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
