not paying for a purchase
I just got a flash (when I just bid on coins) indicating I did not pay for 2 orders. I ordered coins and it said it would not send it to me to the Netherlands, but your system continued to ask for payment. Why would anyone pay for a coin or item and be told they will not receive the item?

Why would you commit to buy an item that cannot be shipped to your desired location? The time to check that is BEFORE you commit to buy it, not after. You took the item out of inventory when you should not have and an unpaid item cancellation is the appropriate consequence of having done so.
