Not paid by eBay

Question

I sold an item on April 16, 2024 and was notified by email from eBay. I shipped the same day, and it was delivered on April 24. I have not been paid by ebay.

I have sold two other items since then and have been paid on both.

How do I resolve or report this. I cannot find a way on the eBay website.

That sounds frustrating. Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be fees and proceeds from other sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.

If you haven't been paid, you will have pending or available funds.

Can you let us know if you still see pending funds and confirm whether you are waiting for proceeds from sale 1 or sale 3

Thanks for that. It makes sense now. The shipping lable for one order was included in the payout for a different order, and compounded by an additional shipping label that should have been cancelled, but wasn't.

@newmediasound According to Ebay, new/infrequent sellers can be subject to temporary payment holds for up to 30 days.
