Not paid and Item still listed
I sold and shipped an item and have not been paid. Also, it's still listed and I now have 2 buyers. eBay does not have a form to fill out or a way for me to contact them to have this resolved. Can anyone direct me to have this done?

That doesn't compute, because you only get the buyer's address when they have paid.

OP1 week agoNo, I get the buyers address before I ship. How can I ship without the buyers address?

As near as I can figure without account access you have the Out of stock feature turned ON in your Account settings on this page in the Multi-quantity listing section: Selling preferences
When that setting is ON and a listing sells out of it's original quantity of over 1 eBay leaves it on your Active list to replenish the Quantity but it is not visible to the public.
The listing you are referring to I believe is the one in the screen shot below and the Out of stock feature is ON, apparently you had three door knob assemblies for one listing but may have put 3 in the Quantity box which is where I suspect the mistake was. If the listing is for three and you only have one set of three then the Quantity box should be set to 1. The listing is showing you had 3 (sets of three) available.
Talking to eBay at this point will not resolve the issue. What you should do is message the Buyers who purchased the additional items that you do not have and explain the Quantity mistake and ask if they would message you back requesting a cancellation. If they do that then you can Cancel their transaction and select the reason "Buyer requested" which avoids a strike on your account. If you cancel using the Out of stock reason then your account will get a bad Defect for each Out of Stock cancellation. Communication with your customers can often help resolve this type of issue and protect your account. Buyers are NOT penalized if they request a cancellation, just so you know.
As to getting paid, first I assume you have set up your account to receive Payouts to your bank account: Getting paid for items you've sold | eBay
New and low activity Sellers can have their funds held for up to 31 days, as sales increase over time holds can and are lifted. You can read about that on this Help page: Transaction holds | eBay
