Not on my purchase history
Hi I ordered 2 products on 21st July that havnt arrived, have contacted buyer who just keeps saying they have sent then. I want to claim a refund but the products not on my purchase history?

Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your eBay account and use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the order or see here (UK link):
