Not my name on shipping label (buyer)
I just received my item directly from Walmart to my address, but to a completely random name, not the seller’s name either.
There is no mention or indication that the item should be coming from Walmart.
I’m concerned the seller is doing something shady, but 1) can’t prove it at the moment, and 2) can’t for the life of me figure out how to contact eBay for help without it being a message to the seller.
Can anyone help me understand what the seller may be doing, good or bad?
And if I just want to share my concerns, how can I contact eBay just to bring this up?

Mentor3 years agoI would be concerned that it was purchased with a stolen card, although it could just be an error on the seller's part. Either way, a seller is not allowed to have product shipped from another retailer like Walmart.
I would review it with customer service and then return the item - not to WalMart but to the seller. To do this, you need to open a return request. The customer service rep can help you do this over the phone.
