Not marking delivered!
How do I get things the customers have received but tracking does not show it delivered. How do I get those marked as delivered? So I can get paid.

Mentor11 months ago@bradramm Just wanted to add some tips to help with your ESE shipping. Be sure to use the correct type of envelope, plain white envelope is best.
For future shipments I recommend dropping your envelopes in the metered mail box at your post office.
You can also review this post by a fellow Mentor that has screenshots of proper packing as the envelope must remain flexible to be read by the sorting equipment.

You are using the eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) for your collector cards. Tracking is not door to door, it is Metered mail and the last scan closest to the Customer's Post Office is on a highspeed mail sorting machine. Postal clerk and route driver scanners do not work on the ESE mail code.
The main thig you want to watch is if the Buyer files a claim that they did not receive their item. If they do then you refund them and file for a claim, that is explained on this eBay Help page: eBay standard envelope | eBay
New and low activity Sellers can have their funds held for up to 30 days but seeing that you have 41 sales in the last 90 days any delays in getting paid might just be from the ESE process. Payments on hold | eBay
