Some of my buyers have received their package and not showing delivered on Ebay. Funds are still on hold. What do I do?

This usually comes down to tracking not updating yet
eBay releases funds based on the tracking scan, not just the buyer saying they got it
First thing to check is the tracking on the carrier website
Sometimes it already shows delivered there and eBay just hasn’t updated yet
If it does show delivered there
eBay typically updates within 24-48 hours and releases the funds
If it still does not show delivered
you can ask the buyer to confirm delivery in the order
Also double check the tracking number you uploaded matches the order
Once tracking updates to delivered, the funds release automatically.
Can you share when the item was sold and what the tracking currently shows?
