your payoneer account is not linking to ebay , this is because the business type does not match here, should i create a business account for my normal account, how to create a normal account create a bisiness account

#1 Make sure that your name and address match your Payoneer account exactly. I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. You can not use a PO box for registration but you can use it for the ship from and to addresses. Verify that here in account settings: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
#2 Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.
