not letting me pay with my gift card
trying to pay for an item in my cart. Have about 106$ left on that card. when I hit the button to use the card the pay now button does not activate. just used this about 2 weeks ago and it worked fine. there is a box under the use card button to enter a code. I have no idea what the code is. moved the office in my home about a year ago and have no idea where that old gift card could be. not even sure that is the issue here. Can you turn my gift card back on so that i can pay for my most recent purchase please. thank you in advance for your assistance.

There was a thread about this on the Technical Issues board, but it no longer appears.
