Not letting me add my card to payment

Hello, I have just created a new account, I have done everything and it is not letting me add my CC to payment. What can be done here ?

There was a site-wide issue yesterday with eBay that has since been fixed; you may be dealing with fallout from that.

Try another browser or a private or incognito browser window if you are having problems signing in or if things are still not working for you.

There may be limits to the number of times a card number can be unsuccessfully entered before it is blocked. If possible, try a different card. If that is still not working, wait a day and try adding that again.

If you are trying to make a purchase, try adding your credit card to a PayPal account, then select PayPal at eBay's check out to pay.
