Not happy with ebay
Ebay charged me for a pair of shoes that I didn't order or bid on. I can't get in touch with anyone. I didn't approve for them to charge me. I will never buy anything else from ebay.

If you made an offer on a pair of shoes ... and the seller accepted your offer ... then you agreed to pay for the shoes. [This was stated on the screen where you confirm a best offer.]
If the item is in your Purchase History ... then someone with access to your eBay account purchased them. Does the item look familiar? Do you know someone who could have ordered them ... if you didn't?
You are free to shop wherever you want. 🙂
EDITED TO ADD:
Your seller had nothing to do with 'autocharging' shoes. Nor do they have any access to your payment source. Leaving a seller negative feedback for what you described really makes you look bad. You trashed the reputation of an innocent person. 😕

Mentor3 years agoThree isn't any way you can be charged for an item by eBay that you or someone using your account purchased.
If you gave access to someone who used your account, your problem is with that person. If someone has hacked your account, follow these instructions:
