Not getting what the ad said
Well I ordered a set of 4 golf cart tires the ad said for a set 4 then I received 1 I contacted the seller they said that it was supposed to be taken out.but wasn't..is there a rule

Mentor2 years agoThe seller is supposed to honor the listing terms, but he can't be forced to.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
