From your browser, go to eBay Seller Hub (Sell link). From the top menu, select Payments >> Summary. View your Available funds, Payout schedule, and Processing (not available for payout yet).
If your available funds say they were set to already release and you still don't have them today, here is what might be happening & what you should check:
The 1-to-3 Day Bank Window: Once eBay initiates the payout and marks it as "Funds sent" in your Payments tab, it takes an additional 1 to 3 business days for your bank to process the deposit and make it available in your checking account. Do you see "Funds sent"?
Check Your Payout Schedule: If your payout frequency is set to Weekly (usually Tuesdays) or Bi-weekly/Monthly, funds sitting in "Available" won't automatically push to your bank until your scheduled payout day unless you manually click Withdraw / Request Payout.
What you need to do right now:
Go to Seller Hub > Payments > Summary (or the Payments tab in My eBay).
Check the status of the payout: Does it say In Progress, Funds Sent, or is there a red banner/alert regarding your bank account or verification details?
If it says "Funds Sent," give your bank another day or two to let the electronic transfer clear.
