Not getting paid for my items sold
Hey I own a non official company where we buy storage lockers and sell the items within them for a profit lately my account payout has been on hold until reinstated this is a father son thing and we are just trying to figure out what documentation we need this is the email eBay has sent us
Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either manufacturer invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement. (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)

new Brother sewing machine, new Funko Pop, bew boots, new watch, new Doctor Who, and other new items listed.
again i buy storage lockers i sent them a recepit of the storage lockers i purchases and this msg is wha they sent me help please

Mentor1 year agoYou have a conflict, and I can understand why eBay is asking for receipts.
You are listing almost everything as Brand New, New Other, new in box.
You are selling a huge variety of brand new items that you claim are coming from storage lockers.
Are you sure all these items from a storage locker are new? It is quite a variety of items.
You are going to have to provide receipts for those items.

Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happening.
Also, if you are buying from a storage locker, it's better if you list as New-Other, Used, Preowned, New Open Box, rather than "New" when possible.
