Not getting paid even tho the item was delivered
Help everyone, so I’ve been having a problem where this customer had bought something from me and the items was already delivered but on eBay the delivery says it hasn’t arrived yet, and I’ve also tried talking to the customer but I seem to not get any response from them and my money is just being on hold even though the items was delivered I know because I have the tracking number PLZ HELP ME

Tracking is not always updated in a timely fashion, but unless the buyer complains, you should still be paid eventually.
New and infrequent sellers are subject to a thirty-one day payment hold:
