Not getting paid
Ebay has been holding my money hostage and I have done every thing they asked of me, even refunding buyers that I know recieved their item , per delivery confirmations and tracking.
One item was lost in the mail literally despite paying for insurance and providing tracking information . USPS didnt scan the label and thus its lost. I cant even use the insurance because USPS states they dont have the package.
For that ONE item , i cant get paid for 7 other items i sold. I was told it could be a 30 day hold and I need my money to pay bills . Ive contacted the buyers to get confirmation of delivery and everyone got their items and one has yet to respond. I refunded the item that got lost and another item that i sold just to get my money released.
I have now refuned 450 dollars just so i can get paid the other 1800 i made, sooner in order to rectify the situation.
Im not in the financial position to lose that money but I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
HAS ANY OTHER SELLER HAD THIS HAPPEN...AT THIS POINT I CANT PAY ANY BILLS.
