Not getting notifications of item sold
I don’t sell often but the recent item I sold I did not get an email or text message that the item sold.
I hadn’t updated my personal account information with my SS number but had to so I could buy postage and ship the item
Could that be why I didn’t get notification of item sold?
in my settings I think I have all the settings correct
