Not getting full refund
I recently bought a computer motherboard listed as Used. When I got the item, it didn't work and a sticker on the box said "no power." The seller only issued a half refund, claiming serial numbers didn't match. The numbers are on the pics in the listing. I tried to get it resolved on the site, but it just issued me the half refund with no way to change or appeal it. The seller did this because I gave a bad review, which stated that it didn't work on arrival, a sticker showed they might have known it didn't work, and didn't respond to any messages. How can I get the rest of my refund?
