Not getting feedback from sales
I normally get feedback from my buyers and I haven't seen ANY feedback since the end of March?? Anyone else dealing with this..am I missing something ebay updated or did?? I simply don't have the patience to do battle with their G$@D$%# autobot for 15 mins, only to get nowhere. Am I imagining things or is ebay getting more costly and less seller friendly, on all levels..

P.S. while I have your ear, how is it legal for ebay to tax sellers for buyers tax and shipping, on top of promo (EXTORTION) fees? Double dipping....how do I charge people twice for the same one product? Realistically, that's what I'm paying.
Frustrated...$6 profit from $15 sale tonight, again.

Mentor1 year agoFeedback is voluntary. Not all buyers leave feedback. Fewer seem to leave feedback now than have in the past. All sellers are affected by this.
eBay calculates fees based on the total amount the buyer pays. eBay could choose to calculate fees differently, but then the percentage would change so that eBay brought in the same revenue per transaction.
Whether shipping is subject to sales tax depends on the law in the state the item is being shipped to.
