not getting emails from Ebay when my items sell.

Question

Has anyone noticed they are not getting email alerts from Ebay when their items sell? I used to get alerts and now only get emails that funds are being deposited to my account. I lose a day or two for shipping because I am not being notified of the sale. Very frustrating. Please share info if you have any. Thanks - Alan

No, you lost a day or two for shipping because you aren't checking your Seller Hub at the very least once a day. Don't depend only on emails to find out if an item has sold. I'm receiving emails when my items sell, so it sounds like the problem may be with your internet service provider. I haven't seen anyone else reporting that they are not receiving emails when their items sell. Another possibility is that you have those emails turned off in the Account settings > Communication preferences. Check here: https://commspreferences.ebay.com/commsprefs
