not getting any messages from seller or ebay
I have contacted Ebay several times about not getting any messages that I have purchased an item on ebay or won an item. As a seller, I'm not getting any messages from Ebay that my item has been sold thus delaying shipping to my buyer. I have even created a ticket number with ebay (316585) but they still have not solved the problem. This has been going on for over 2 years. I'm pulling my hair out.
