Not getting a refund for a retuned item
I purchased a part for my truck and it came with damages that were not indicated in the listing. I requested to return the item and the seller sent me a return qr code. They received the item on Feb 19th and opened a claim with Ebay claiming that the item was "Not what was shipped out" and now im not getting a $600 refund.
Ebay closed the claim. Is there anything I can do?
