How do I make new tracking (label #2) To be used for the item showing it was shipped so funds would be removed from hold

Did you ship your item?

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.

The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- From More actions, select Add tracking number.

- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.

- Select Submit.

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- Click "Edit tracking"

- Click "+ additional tracking number"

- Add the actual tracking number and the carrier.

- Click "Save and Continue"

TIP: You can't edit or delete the first tracking number, and that is ok. Just add the correct number.

If you created one label and didn't use the first label, here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
