not for local pick up but was picked up locally
I purchased an item and the seller had issues shipping the item.
I found they lived relatively close to me so we met up and ive picked up the item.
How do I tell/indicate to ebay that I have the item in my possesion?

The seller can mark the item shipped. There isn't an option for you to mark it received.
