Not enough postage paid to return an item
I accepted a return from a buyer but when they mailed it back, they used a ground adv label on a priority box so it cost me an additional 6.22 to retrieve it from the post office. I can't figure out how to get any help from ebay and I have filled in all the info and I'm going in circles.
