not enough postage???
shipped item through eBay and the item came back not enough postage why? Why can't i contact eBay customer service at all

You didn't ship the item through eBay, you purchased your label on eBay for the carrier you shipped with. What you were charged for the label was based on the package size and weight and the carrier and class of service you used.
When the package goes through the carrier's shipping hub it's scanned to see if what you used on the label matches the actual package.

Mentor3 weeks agoWhat is the item number for returned package? What service was used? What are the weight and dimensions of the package? How much did you pay? What is the amount of the postage due?
