Not enough collected for shipping
Hello,
I'm new to this. I sold an item and ebay charged the buyer $9.00 for shipping but when I go to print the shipping label, it is $19.81. I won't make any money on this item if I purchase it through ebay. What should I do?

If you underestimated the cost to ship the item, you will need to pay the difference out of your own pocket.
In the future, make sure you carefully weigh and measure the package with the item & packing materials in it and enter all that information when you list the item and make sure you use calculated shipping based on buyer's shipping address location.
