what to do if I got items different than description & its after 30 days & seller no fix it . I opened the outside box and inside boxes were marked as listed, but then when I actually opened the 6 individual boxes with the product in them, the product was different. And can not get a hold of ebay to help.

Mentor8 months agoIf seller promised to fix the problem, then yes, but make it a calm factual statement.

OP8 months agoFirst, they said they would give me a discount to keep the product. But I said no, I did not want it and would even send it back at my expense, but that I wanted a full refund (including shipping to me). Then I never heard back from them. Makes me not want to buy on Ebay anymore. First problem that I ever had.

Mentor8 months agoYou cannot blame Ebay for one bad experience, especially when Ebay will see to it that you receive a refund under the Ebay Money Back guarantee.
