NOT delivered with FRAUDULENT tracking number but paid for item yet NEVER received a REFUND
Has anyone else experienced similar problem?
I ordered and paid for an item. However I never received this item !!!!!!!!!
I contacted ebay and seller sent me a tracking number claiming that it was delivered to my address via USPS !!!!!!!!! When I filed a fraud report with USPS I was sent a response to my tracking number that PROVES that AN ITEM was delivered to ANOTHER ADDRESS IN MY CITY !!!!!! And that item ONLY WEIGHED 4 OUNCES !!!! Since my items that I ordered were TWO LARGE TIRES it is SO OBVIOUS that my ITEMS were NEVER EVER SENT TO ANYONE !!!!!!
I sent PROOF of this FRAUD to eBay YET EBAY STILL REFUSED A REFUND because they stated that SELLER PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER - EVEN THOUGH IT OBVIOUSLY WAS A FRAUDELENT tracking number !!!!!!!
Why does eBay ASSIST SELLERS that have committed FRAUD ?????????????????????
Any suggestions on what else I can do?
Any attorneys willing to take on a class action law suit?
I am a retired minister that does not generally support law suits !!!! However this time it is a principal case as eBay is literally calling me a LIAR !!!!!!!
