< Not sure why but I've never had an issue with seller >
You must be good at choosing your sellers. Congratulations. Have you ever tried to bid or buy an item, but then received a message that the seller isn't accepting it? If you keep leaving criticism in the feedback you give sellers, it's just a matter of time. Many members will tell you that feedback has outlived its usefulness; but nonetheless, nobody likes to get a negative or neutral. Sometimes a seller will block a buyer because of the feedback that buyer gives. Something that would be to your benefit would be to dilute those neutrals by starting to acknowledge positive transactions with positive feedback.
What is your question? What is "not correct"? What are the circumstances that lead you to post this?
If you mean the seller has blocked you from buying from him/her, s/he can do so for any reason whatsoever and is not required to disclose the reason to you or eBay. Just because you " never had an issue with seller" doesn't mean s/he hasn't had one with you or doesn't foresee the possibility of one.
