Not being able to verify my identity but it already says it’s verified

Question

so basically i had verified my identity before and now it just keeps saying go to message center but i do and like it says verify identity but that one was from before and when i click on it, it brings me to listing problems and it says i have no problems but there is no possible way im able to verify my identity without making a new account and i guess just lose the money thats on there because ai also does not help at all
