Not being able to cash out
Hi I am not able to cash out my money on eBay and they told me to wait until may 11 and it is now may 11 and I wanted to but there is no cash out option what can I do and will I get my money because the buyer has already gotten the item!.

Mentor1 year ago@terec46 The problem is that you are listing digital items with shipping. No tracking to prove delivery is going to cause your funds to be held longer. Are you marking the items as shipped from the drop down menu next to the sold items?
While the digital goods policy does allow IN GAME items to be sold outside of the Classified format it does mean you are going to have to wait longer for your payout.
