Not As Described return request as correct factory remote control does not have on off func
Buyer filed a Not As Described return request because the correct factory remote control for a Denon CD changer does not have an on/off function. He says I as the seller needed to mention this in the listing. Why do I need to accept this return as there is nothing wrong with the CD changer or the remote that came with the CD changer from the factory???

Because the Buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee and there are numerous reasons eBay provides which forces a Seller to pay for a return shipping label and then refund within 2 days of getting the item back. You should become familiar with the MBG:
eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
The reason Buyers give for the Not as described return reason may or may not be true but eBay does not know where the truth lies. Accept the return and get the item back, depending on what happens you may or may not be able to take advantage of eBay Seller protections but you definitely want o use the Report Buyer link on the transaction if the Buyer is making a false return claim: Seller protections | eBay
