Not accepting my Visa Vanilla Gift card.
I'm trying to buy a few dvds with a new visa vanilla gift card and keep getting the message " Your payment didn't go through. Please check the payment info you entered or select a different payment method." All info is correct, card is active and the balance is more than the price of the purchase.

Mentor2 years agoOthers have been having problems using Vanilla cards on eBay since July. It is not clear if the problem is a technical issue, a policy issue or a legal issue, and eBay has not said anything publicly.
Try using another payment method to complete your purchase.

OP2 years agoI don't want to use my credit card so since ebay doesn't want to fix it I guess I'll take my $350 in gift cards elsewhere since they're all Vanilla Visas. Their customer service technology is enough to make me want to shop somewhere else anyway. It's not as cheap and was only able to find 2 of the 3 dvds I wanted but Amazon and Walmart at least took my gift card. Thanks for your reply.
