Not Able to Verify Microtransactions
Hey I have recently started using ebay and an item has sold that i would like to process a return on. I am unable to return the money to the buyer as I have not received it yet from ebay. I have received the two micro transactions from ebay into my bank account, however I have no way of verifying. Ebay has not emailed me with further instructions and there is no area to verify the transactions in the myebay profile area.

Check for a banner on these pages requesting you complete your bank setup:

OP3 years agoI have a banner on all 3 of those pages but there is no link from the banner area that allows me to type the microtransaction amounts. It just says learn more about microtransactions and nothing else the banner doesn't lead me anywhere.

Do you have popups blocked? There may be a popup involved.

Mentor3 years agoIt has been so long since I had to confirm the micropayments. I believe there was a banner when I first logged on asking for the amounts, or there was a message in my IN box asking for the amounts.

OP3 years agoI see the Banner but I am only able to " learn more about microtransactions" whcih brings me to a small prompt that explains how the process works. there is nowhere for me to click anything that links me to the microtransactions entry page.
