Not able to sell using international shipping to customer in Canada or France

Question

I was able to use Ebay international shipping but not now.I can not figure it out,Just now I un enrolled it in hopes to reset it but now I have to wait 24 hours. Will try to enroll again soon.Doing ebay for 20+ years.The automated assistant is of no help.

@the9ksaabguy Your listings appear to be now showing the eIS countries settings as they should - is that what you're seeing?

Added: apparently there are other sellers experiencing this as well.

Let me know if you reach an agent and what they say - if it's possibly a technical issue with eIS

Also from one of your listings with the issue, click on the "?" icon in the lower right corner and report a technical issue from the Help box.

You will have to wait to enroll again -why did you opt out - to try to reset it?

Someone else reported having issues with eIS not working & not showing on their listings - maybe something is going on.

You can try to reach an agent from these steps if they're still open today:

Open this Help page on eBay International Shipping
Scan it for helpful tips, then at the bottom Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT then press the Send arrow
Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions.
For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" click on "Yes"
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.

Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
