Not able to select Media Mail shipping option
Please help!
A DVD is listed as using the shipping method, USPS Media Mail; however, there is no selection when purchasing the shipping label.

Mentor4 months agoBecause of very specific regulations for using Media Mail by the USPS eBay only makes Media Mail available in specific categories so if the item is not listed in one of those categories it will not be available to choose.
By the way, looking at your listings you listed an empty box for an Apple iPhone. It is a violation of eBay policy to list an empty box for a name brand item. This is to keep scammers from purchasing the box to place a fake item in and fool buyers. Do not list empty boxes for these types of items as if they are reported to eBay you cn be suspended from selling.
