Not able to see/find full message from potential buyer?
Hi, I have an active listing and on the seller page of that listing, I can see a buyer has messaged me with a question and ask for ASAP reply. But when I click on the abbreviated message from the potential buyer, I am taken to my inbox where I see no message from the buyer. There are no messages from the potential buyer in any of my inboxes. In my account settings, I also clicked "manage communications with buyers" but get an error message that says not available, please check back later. Does anyone know what might be going on?
