Not able to refund
I bought something two weeks ago and it arrived a few days ago. When I bought it I was a guest and I recently made an account. I'm not able now to return the item and don't know what to do.

Mentor3 years agoGuest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. Sign out of the eBay account and then use the link in the email you received from eBay about that order or see here:
