not able to purchase
I am trying to buy an Item from a seller I have never had any transactions from before and I am getting an error message "this seller is not accepting bids or offers from you" Why would this happen?

Have you within the last twelve months bought two items and then not paid for them? Is the seller in the United States? If the item you want has a Buy It Now button, you could try that and it'd probably work.
