Not able to make offers on items
I never got a message about an account restriction since I joined ebay 15-20 years ago.
Suddenly I have an account restriction when I tried to put an offer in for an item.
Apparently, there is no way to get in touch with ebay customer support. All I get is a circular bot “help†that keeps taking me to the same useless info.
Anyone have suggestions on what to try?
